Tokley & Co was formed as a boutique specialist law firm which does not aim to cover all areas of legal practice. We specialise in advising our clients on structured finance structures and transactions, financial regulation as well as advisory work for listed companies. We have focused on working together with our external consultants to provide our clients seamless expert service which incorporates all aspects of the business spectrum, with coverage of legal, regulatory and investor perspectives where relevant and/or necessary.
We can and do advise our clients on other areas of legal practice including corporate and real estate-based M & A, bank lending and acquisition finance. In limited circumstances we will assist our existing clients with other areas of legal practice outside of those mentioned above, where they feel it is important to be able to rely on our advisory services. In areas where we have chosen not to offer legal services, we will refer clients to other law firms with the requisite expertise and reputation.
We have an extensive network of legal firms and contacts to whom we refer clients who require assistance outside of Denmark.
